    Benarty Gala Day! Gala day will be Sunday, 26th June 2011. The parade will depart from Benarty Primary School @ 12 Noon and will proceed to Lochore Meadows. Fun and games at the Park, come and join the fun. Kids bags cost £2.00 each and includes access to rides.

  • SideTriathlon (Scottish Championships)

    The Bruce Open Water Sprint at Lochore Meadows Country Park is back again for 2011. It is an ideal introductory event for those new to open water swim events. The swim distance of 750 metres, the enclosed nature of Lochore and the good safety cover offer a friendly swim environment. The cycle course with all left turns is as safe as any event and the run, entirely within the country park is mostly on paths and is virtually traffic free. In addition, great facilities exist at the park with many attractions for non competing family supporters. As this involves open water swimming in Scotland wetsuits are required! Distances - Swim : 750m (open water) - Cycle : 24km - Run : 5km .
