www.discoverbenarty.co.uk was created on the 1st day of March 2009

The main purpose of this website is to try and make as much materials as possible available (pictures, videos, audio or any other appropriate stuff) to the people of Benarty past and present. This includes a lot of the people of Benarty who may have possibly moved away or just for anyone with an genuine interest in the Benarty area (Ballingry, Lochore, Crosshill and Glencraig).

In March 2009, I thought as a wee project, I should/would create the Discover Benarty website and try to portray some of the good sides of Benarty (honestly, It does have some) and it's surrounding areas. (some of the scenery in the Benarty area is astounding). This would involve doing some research and also accumulating various media for inclusion.

I also hope that in the near future, I can add some history and other related information and articles which I feel may be appropriate to the site and of interest. Any suggestions would be most welcome.

So heres to the hope that visiting this site is an enjoyable experience...
